1. Customer Supplied Images

By placing an order with ALAXI Porcelain Co, customers acknowledge that the quality of the finished product is dependent upon the quality of the images supplied.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded images, text, names, dates, and design selections are accurate prior to submitting an order.

ALAXI Porcelain Co is not responsible for reduced image quality resulting from low-resolution, blurry, cropped, distorted, or poor-quality files supplied by the customer.

Colours may vary slightly between digital screens and the finished porcelain product due to screen settings, manufacturing processes, and firing conditions.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property

By submitting any photograph, artwork, logo, design, or other content, the customer confirms that they either own the rights to the content or have obtained the necessary permissions to reproduce it.

Customers accept full responsibility for any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or licensing issues relating to content submitted for production.

ALAXI Porcelain Co reserves the right to refuse any order that may infringe intellectual property rights or contain inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful material.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ALAXI Porcelain Co against any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from the use of customer-supplied content.

3. Production, Delivery & Returns

All ALAXI Porcelain Co products are custom-made and produced to order.

Production times are generally between 7–14 business days, however delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping times are additional to production times and may vary depending on destination and courier services.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced.

If a product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing fault, customers must notify ALAXI Porcelain Co within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence for assessment.

As each piece is individually handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, glaze, shape, or image placement may occur and are considered part of the unique character of handmade porcelain products rather than defects.
