Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by ALAXI Porcelain Co, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide clear photographic evidence.

Where a claim is approved, ALAXI Porcelain Co may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at its discretion and in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.
